#artvsartist ✨ I haven’t done this since 2019. It’s not surprising since that year was the start of all my stress and anxiety. This year, my goal was to do whatever I can to make sure to survive this year despite all the pain and hurt that 2023 left with me. I’m pretty proud that I was able to make it to the end of the year and I’m so proud that I completed two art challenges.

My new goal for 2025 is set and I’m hoping that I can stand by it. I’m looking forward to the new year and new beginnings!

Here’s @chelsea_moose magical girl design. I did not get into too much details for this design but my main focus was to make her look caring but still cool. She’s the healer of the group. I also gave her Chelsea boots just bc of her name haha ( ･̀ꈊ･́ )

My magical girl design had a lot of previous iterations and this is my final one… for now. She has a lot of bunny details and all sort of padding because she’s cautious of everything even if she has powers (undecided powers at the moment).

It’s been a while since I’ve done a character design with more details, usually I just draw vague characters.

I really like drawing digitally on my new iPad. Since it is bigger, it makes it easier work in other programs so I might get back into Nomad Sculpt for more 3D character modeling.

Here’s @mgallz magical girl design! This features her favorite color purple, although it isn’t exactly her favorite shade and hue. I wanted to add some feature that would remind her of sailor moon and cats. Her staff is a hint to her love for making keychains that sparkle.

I tried to keep the clothes inspired by jirai kei style as much as possible. I think I made it look more cutesy neon punk but it works so well for this design.

I really love how these designs are turning out and can’t wait to share the rest! (⸝⸝⸝ᵒ̴̶̷ ⌑ ᵒ̴̶̷⸝⸝⸝)✨

Here’s the final design for @jpeiff magical girl. She wields a fire powered scythe, her earrings match her lovely fur-babies, beautiful blues in her eyes and hair to represent her favorite color and lastly, her newest tattoo featured here.

Took me about 6 different sketches to get to this one and I’m finally happy with it. I have a love-hate relationship with this game but it’s the only game that I’ll play for every Sunday with friends.

I have been learning how to make 3D characters in NomadSculpt. This my third attempt, the first two were bald and eyeless haha. Now I’m just working on making shiny eyeballs haha 👌🏼

I might be able to finish more artwork this year than I thought I would initially. It’s still taking me a while to get back to it with my chronic back and wrist pain.

I really let this account down. Maybe I should reconsider actually dedicating time to posting something new each week instead of letting myself work on the same sketch for a month and then forgetting about it.
